RENT offers various listing services, designed for the industry user whom may list numerous properties (Professional Subscribers), such as agents, property managers, developers and other property marketers, as well as for those that wish to list only 1 property at a time (Single Listing Fee), such as landlords, agencies with fewer rental properties, share accommodation and etc.
Single Listing - A single listing is suitable for any type of residential property. The fee is $66 plus GST and will last for 2 months. This includes your ability to load photos, plans and lengthy descriptions and edit at anytime.
Share Listing - This will cost $27 plus GST and last for 1 month.

Multi-Listings - a yearly 'Professional Subscriber' subscription is available for users that will list properties frequently. The yearly subscription is $1,944 plus GST. A
monthly payment option is also available for $180 plus GST. A full property advertising management service is provided for the effective promotion of your rental properties. See more at Agents/Professional Managers
Holiday Ads - a holiday ad will cost $180 plus GST, which will last for 12 months. This includes your ability to load photos, plans and lengthy descriptions.
All listing details are saved so that you can come back at anytime to re-activate the listing. You will need to pay the listing fee each time you reactivate the listing.
