You can list and edit your property ad at anytime. When you first logon you will create your own Username and Password, which you must remember for all future logons.

The listing and editing process is self-explanatory. The process is made as simple as possible utilising drop-down selection lists, check-boxes etc. The only sections requiring some imagination are the 'property description' and 'property comments' that we are sure you will know what to say!

There are tips and guidelines to help you, and separate sections for factual detail like number of rooms, rental price etc, and also a long description where you can mention distance to cafes, beach, parks and any other subjective information.

The 'more info' section, which is optional, allows you to indicate specific internal and external features of the property such as flooring, kitchen, car parking etc.

It is recommended you complete these sections, they only take a minute or so to complete, and will help give your property a much clearer description to potential tenants.
