Residential listing can be active for 2 months from the date payment is received, and Share ads for 1 month. For yearly subscribers your ads may appear for the full 12 months if desired, and can be renewed at the end. During this time, you can deactivate the ad (if, for example, you think the property has been rented, or you don't want any more enquiries), and re-activate it if needed again as many times as you want.

During your listing period, we have developed effective techniques to ensure that the database of available property listings (including yours) remains current for searchers at all times. This includes a 'renew' system that is simple, non-intrusive and easy to manage.

Once the listing period has expired, the property status becomes 'Expired'. You can still edit your ad, but it cannot be activated until a new listing extension is purchased.

Your ads will be kept on the RENT database indefinitely, so you can easily re-list your property in the future without needing to enter all the details again.

Holiday ads will operate exactly the same way, except the listing period is 12 months and there is no 'renew' function.
