The email-alert service allows you to save your search criteria and have RENT email you with details as soon as a new property is listed that matches your criteria.

This way you are sure to receive notice of new properties you may be interested in as soon as they are listed.

This is useful for busy people, or for those with very selective criteria who may not have found what they were looking for straight away.

This service allows you to be amongst the first people to view a new ad, giving you a head start in the race to find the perfect property.

To use the service, you can either select the 'Save Search' button on the Search Results page, or create new Alerts and Searches by following the link to Alerts & Searches from the left menu.

You can create many saved searches and alerts and name them appropriately eg. Apartments for rent in Sydney, Houses and Units for rent in the Gold Coast, All Units & Apartments with parking in Melbourne.

When you receive an Email-alert, the text of the e-mail will contain a hyper-link to the exact ad on RENT.

When you decide you do not wish to receive any more alerts, simply log into RENT using your membership details, and elect to Suspend or Delete your alert service.
